Josip has been steadily used due to it being a major Saint's name and Croatia being a Catholic country. It went out of fashion in the 1970s/80s (but Josipa was popular then), but it's gaining in popularity again.

Milka is also seen as dated now, but I went to high school with one (she was named after her grandmother).
