I always assume that Briony = Brian-E, myself. All the announcers here have called her BREE-uh-nee, though, and referred to her as Bri for short.Array

They are actually saying it like bree-OH-nee here.OH - exactly like the letter O.On another note, there's an Aussie gymnast called Olivia Vivian. Just thought that was kind of amusing...

Yes, but we're in two different countries. :) As I said, the (American) announcers that I've been watching have referred to her as BREE-uh-nee, whether or not that's accurate to her own pronunciation.I haven't seen Olivia Vivian, but I'm digging her name. ;DArray
