I prefer them hyphenated, otherwise they look lika ln and fn.Jia-Li (jee-ah lee): I like this, b/c I know a Chinese boy with this name
Li-Ming (lee ming): I know a Chinese man with this name (could be a girl's name too of course). I also like Li-Ching/Xing
Li-Mei (lee may): Very pretty, I love Mei-Li too.
Lin (leen): Is it the Lin which means "jade" or the Lin which means "forest"? Either way, it sounds good as a mn.
Mei-Fen (may fen) plum fragrance. Is it not spelt Feng?
Ming-Yue (ming yoo-eh) bright moon: Beautiful
Yue-Yan (yoo-eh yahn) happy and beautiful: I like the meaningSheng (sheng) sage (I think this has different meanings depending on the character used)
Yuen (yoo-en) journey: I like this, I know a boy named Guo-Yuen, it means "the first of the land" (that Yuen means "first")
