I'm Chinese and my Chinese name is my middle name. My Chinese name is Han Qi, it's unisex and my mun thought it was unique. My friend has a Chinese name as a first name and an English name as a middle name! Weird I know! I like Ming Yue and Li Mei. Also if you want the Chinese name to sound less foreign, you can make it a Chinese version of an English name i.e Emily- Ai Mei.
