HelpRe: Names that are too “cute”

Most of them I find unacceptable. Daisy and Tansy are fine, no problem there; Pippa and Penny are excellent nicknames, but I'd definitely expect them to be Philippa and Penelope! I should add that my daughter Beatrice goes by the nn Bea; not quite Bee, but close. So did her grandmother, after whom she is named.
On the male side, I know Kit as a nn for Christopher. Which is how I hope it will stay.
