I prefer Sylvie to Silvia. If you do choose Silvia, I prefer the spelling Sylvia

I know Sylvia is more common, but that is partly why I prefer the spelling Silvia, which is a lot less common where I live. I like that its a less common name but still not unheard of by most people.
I do love Rosalind, I'll but that on my list. I also like Elliot, Jonathan and Nathaniel.
