I like
Kira and would use it.
Kyra prn. "Keera" is difficult IMO, everyone would think it was KAI-ra.
Keira is okay, I think it looks a little older than
Kira.
ETA: The thing I don't like about
Keira is that I always get it mixed up with
Kiera. And the "ei" does look more like "ai" or "ay" than "ee".
Kiera looks more like "ee" but it could also be pronounced like
Kierra with 3 syllables.
