I prefer Kira as I like the Russian sound/look of it, but I will admit that Keira does look the most familiar due to the high profile of Ms. Knightley. I automatically pronounce all of them Kee-ra (except Ciara, which I would probably say see-ah-ra unless I knew the bearer was Irish). I'd rather use Chiara than any of them though. I realize its not in the same family but the sounds are so similar.

Chiara has a different vibe to me. Kira feels "fresher". Though it's true a Kira in Italy would probably get called Chiara a lot.

I knew an American who was originally named Ciara (kee-ar-a), but someone started calling her Sierra when she was a baby and it stuck, so she ended up with a name written as Ciara but pronounced Sierra.
