Pearl is very sweet, I really like it too. But you totally got me with one combo in particular, Pearl Alma. Alma was my maternal grandmother’s name (who was like my 2nd mum and who I adored) and we had the combo Jemima Pearl Alma on our list when we were expecting Eden. Ultimately we decided that since our boys didn’t have honouring mns, we wouldn’t give Eden one. We didn’t want to rock the boat with my MIL, who has 5 granddaughters and none are named after her! We did choose an A mn on purpose though, as our way of honouring both my maternal grandmother and my DH’s maternal grandmother who both have A names. The other combos I love are Pearl Ada, Pearl Amy, Pearl Avia, Pearl Esme, Pearl Esther, Pearl Freya, Pearl Johanna, Pearl Martha, Pearl Sarah, Pearl Sophia and Pearl Ursula.
