Re: Twin names...

I REALLY dislike rhymey names for twins, or really any sibs, but especially twins. Especially if they're THAT close to each other. Having similar sounds or endings isn't so bad depending on the names (e.g. or Luca & Lila, Rowan & Nolan) or a similar theme - if not too overdone/hokey - but different sounds (e.g. Ash & Alder).
If I had to use those four I'd choose Kyra and Myra.
(although I'd never pronounce it Kie-ruh, which is apparently what it looks like she's going for?) or is it Keer-uh/Leer-uh/Meer-uh or Tie-ruh/Lie-ruh/Mie-ruh? Confusing!
Tyra and Lyra are too trendy for my tastes (Tyra Banks and Lyra the character in Pullman's books are what I think about with those two. I'd like Lyra more if I just thought of the constellation. I also don't like that it sounds like "lie" as in lying.)
