First, I love the name Martin. I also think Rudolph and Floyd are very useable, but I'm not a big fan of David or Stephen, so you and I likely have different taste in names.
I think if you did David Martin Stephen Last name it would work.

do you think you might have another child later? If so you could save either for that child (Stephen/Stephanie and Martin/Martina).
And this may sound a little callous, but I'd use the name of the one still living first.
