I pronounce Maya/Maia as "my-a". I've never heard it pronounced as "me-ah" before. I think I have heard it pronounced "may-a" once or twice.
I prefer it spelled Maya.
Isla, Amelia & Maia are great names on their own, but a bit of a tongue twister if you say them together quickly.
Mn could be:
Maia Charlotte
Isla Marie
Amelia Jane (not very original I know, lol)
Other siblings for Isla & Amelia could be:
Olivia, Sophia, Madeleine, Camilla, Sarah, Clara, Gabriella, Lucinda.
