HelpRe: Liz, as a nickname for Elizabeth and a survey

I like Elizabeth, but really dislike Liz.
I have never met an Elizabeth. I do know two named Elizabeta, both go by their full name (one is occasionally called Beta by her family) and they both about 30. And one Erzsébet who goes by Erzsi and Erzsika, she's about 50.
My fave form is Elisabeth, nn Bess. I don't really like any other nicknames for it, although Beth is ok. Lily, Buffy and Effy are the ones I don't get at all.
