Yes unfortunately the Eastenders character is the first person I think of, which isn't great. If you aren't from England it's probably not a problem though.
Even without this association, I don't particularly like the sound of Bianca - I think it's the hard "ka" sound at the end, I just don't thinkit's very feminine.
