I've always said it "say la," but I met one once that pronounced it like Seela. There's the actress Sela (Seela) Ward, too, which may tip the average pronunciation that way as well. However, it's a rare enough name that I don't think it will be a huge problem. It wouldn't be like, say, naming a child Emily and pronouncing it /eh-Miley/... and spelling it more phonetically, like Sayla or Saila is just, well, lame.I love Vivienne and Juliet as mns!
