Magdalene is lovely, easy to spell and pronounce, but a little bit more interesting too. I don't especially like the nickname Magda, but I'm sure your family would get used to calling her that instead of Maggie if you called her it all the time.
Katarina is not really my type of name. I think you would often find that people would pronounce it with the "kat" beginning, so it might not be the best choice.
Mariana is pretty, and it sounds like the best one in terms of honouring your family and friends.
