I love Dante (and I think of the Italian poet too). I don't see anything wrong with Dante Bartholomew. To me, Dante seems easy to spell and pronounce but I don't live in USA.
I love Beatrice and I don't think it will be too popular, at least not in USA. Seems to me that most people on boards find Beatrice too old-fashioned. I think Beatrice is classic and beautiful.
