Kaia is adorable but really cutesy. I love it as a nickname but not as a full name. Kaia is definitely my favorite spelling.
I know one Kaia. She's about 16. I prefer Maya to Kaia as a full name, and Maya Alexandria gets my vote over Maya Egypt (seriously? Egypt?).
