Kaia is pretty. I like the spelling Kaia the best, I think. Caya and Caia are fine.
I don't know of anyone named Kaia. Maya is fairly popular, so I could see Kaya becoming more common, but right now, it's still pretty unusual in the U.S.
Out of your combos, I like Kaia Alexandria the best. Maya Alexandria and Maya Egypt both sound nice, but I would use a non-place name with Maya since Maya, Alexandria, and Egypt are all civilization/place names.
