I like both of them, but I prefer the spelling Zahrah instead of Zara. Apparently that's the original spelling of the name. I really like the meaning of Zora, though.
I also like the name Zahara, which is Arabic and Hebrew, and it means "Flowering; shining." That name has variants like Sahara, and Zohra.
I guess if you liked the meaning "flowering; shining" better than "dawn" all you have to do is add an H into Zora.
