[Opinions] Re: Veronica
in reply to a message by Lynn
I've come to really admire Veronica in the last several years. I'd use the nn Nicki and was actually surprised when I looked up the meaning of Veronica. It's etymologically related to Nike > Nicole so Nicki works for me. I've seen Nica used as well yet I only like it when the i has a long e sound. Otherwise, Nica with the short i sound doesn't sound as pleasant to me.Vera is just all right, however, Roni doesn't appeal to me at all.MNS:Veronica Jane
Veronica Joy
Veronica Juliet
Veronica Laurel
Veronica Louise
Veronica Madeleine
Veronica Marielle
Veronica SophieI've never tried to pair Veronica with a mn before. It's not easy. I think I prefer Juliet, Laurel, and Sophie.Your words reveal who you think you are, but your actions prove who you really are.
