I think you should follow the same pattern as what led you to Sadie Fay. Pick a first name you like and a middle name with meaning.
Therefore I would suggest
Milo Pierantonio
Milo Peter Anthony (no hyphen, two middle names)
Georgia Florence
Georgia Colleen
My favourite name of all you've mentioned is Phoenix. If you would ever consider this as a first name, I'd go for it! Love it!
I also prefer Georgina over Georgia.
