I like it, but like all classic names that have in the past been very overused, it's a bore-fest. Not really bland, but a bore-fest.
Another reason I'd never use it, besides it being a bore-fest, is that I'm not overly crazy about any of the nicknames. Some of them I hate. Of them all, Betsy is the one I like most.
