I can only think of Cousin Jethro on the Beverly Hillbillies, who was not quirky. He was just dumb.

You asked for my opinion. I gave it. I just didn't happen to think you meant quirky in the way it's usually mean. If I misunderstood what you meant by that word then I'm sorry, but I'm not going to apologize to you for anything else in that post.
