I don't like it at all. It's too cutesy and flimsy, and I automatically think of Miley Cyrus.
I usually hear Maile pronounced like Miley. I'd recommend Maile rather than Miley even though there might be more pronunciation and spelling issues. Maile is more substantial. I still don't care for it because it seems cutesy as well, but at least it's not as sticky sweet and trendy as Miley.
