Niels-Peter jumped out at me, definitely not one I've seen before (not a big Nordic community where I am). I've also never seen Roneil or Skigh (neither are in the databse, either).
Denva... I'm hoping that's an ethnic name with which I'm unfamiliar, and not the British English pronunciation of Denver.

Roneil is an Indian name. Skigh I think is just a hippie spelling of Sky, and I have a hunch he changed it as an adult.
This was in Western Australia not Britain but yeah, the WA accent is non-rhotic, so -er words are pronounced the same as -a words. Tuner and tuna are pronounced exactly the same for example. Denva = Denver.
