There are some lovely Persian names. Of those you have listed, Parisa and Zahra are my favorites.
Persian and Arabic are different languages that belong to different language families. While they share some borrowed words, Persian is an Indo-European language, and Arabic is a Semitic language. It is rather like comparing French and English.
