Persian names have a special place in my heart. I love the meanings, and the forms of arabic names (ie Jamileh)

I really want to write a story with a character named Roghayeh (preferably the main) but i don't know how to fit it in
I remember learning about Laleh (tulip) decades ago and thinking it was so incredible, so sweet and cheerful!
There are some lovely Persian names. Of those you have listed, Parisa and Zahra are my favorites. Persian and Arabic are different languages that belong to different language families. While they share some borrowed words, Persian is an Indo-European language, and Arabic is a Semitic language. It is rather like comparing French and English.
