Kiana Malia, 9, and Peni Kai, 13 are sibling from Hawaii. Peni is protective of Kiana but they argue a lot. Peni has a slight cleft lip but had surgery on it a few years ago, he would need to take a trip to Hawaii every year, which could be made into a holiday! Kiana is used to the deformity although it may shock you and your family. Peni copes well but gets picked on sometimes. You need to make sure he is ok. They were put into care simply because their mother didn't want them.
