Well, Aquinas for a boy, like Saint
Thomas Aquinas, is an interesting thought.
Am I pronouncing Aquinnah correctly? I've never heard
Michael J.
Fox's daughter's name said out loud. From the spelling, it looks like, "ah-QUINN-uh." The double "n" makes the preceding vowel sound short. To get the long "i" sound of Aquinas, wouldn't the spelling have to be Aquina? And what's that Old Testament "h" doing on the end of a medieval saint name?
Perhaps this is a Native American name and I'm missing the point entirely. But if it is supposed to be the feminine form of Aquinas, then I could only like it spelled Aquina. That would be a very intriguing and beautiful name for a girl.
