I like Pia because it is simple, pretty and I like the meaning. I pronounce it PEE-ah. There was a teacher at my high school with that first name so it reminds me of her. It also reminds me of Michelangelo's Pietà because of the meaning. I doubt it will become more common because I think many have the pee issue. I think Lia has a better chance of becoming more common.
