For me Mia>Pia>Lia.
Pia is okay, but nms. I wouldn't mind seeing it though. I pronounce it PEE-ah. Yeah there's the pee reference but next I think of Italy. So it sort of equals out for me. I don't see it get common any time soon, nor with Lia. Maybe Lina or Lena though. I don't know anyone with the name.
