Do these sound the same when you pronounce them?
Erin and Aaron Nope, EH-rin and AH-ron
Ember and Amber Also nope, EM-ber and AM-ber
if you pronounce them differently, please try to explain how.

I think its the elle bit on the end of the first one, I pronounce them similar to Gabrielle and Gabriel.
