Madeleine: MAD-ə-lin
Madeline: MAD-ə-lin
Emmeline: EM-ə-leen
Caroline: Depends. In English I'd pronounce it KAR-ə-lien, in German either kah-ro-LEE-nə or KAH-ro-leen.
Evangeline: ee-VAN-jə-lin
Erin: ER-in
Aaron: AR-ən
Ember: EM-ber
Amber: AM-ber
The difference between these two is pretty hard to tell.
Arielle: ar-ee-EL
Ariel: AR-ee-əl
Shia: SHIE-a. I got this from the famous Shia whose surname I can't spell. Before him, I thought it was SHEE-a.

I think it's LaBeouf...
I was thinking of doing exactly the same request, with different names. :-)
Madeleine -- "MAD-uh-len" but the middle syllable is barely pronounced. Like Madeleine Albright, Madeleine Carroll and Madeleine Stowe. (However, if it's a French combo, then I say it the French way, "mad-uh-LEN.")
Madeline -- "MAD-uh-line," like the cartoon character. But I do recognize that many people pronounce it as "MAD-uh-lin" and that wouldn't sound out of place to me at all.
Emmeline -- "EM-uh-line," the British way. I grew up watching a lot of BBC dramas, which influence how I pronounce things a lot. I realize the proper, German pronunciation would be "em-uh-LEE-neh," correct?
Caroline -- "CA-ro-line"
Evangeline -- "eh-van-jeh-LEEN"
Erin and Aaron sound the same if I'm not thinking about them, "EHR-in." My niece Erin has a boyfriend and I thought his name was Aaron. When I became self-conscious about how I said them, I started to say Aaron the way my New Yorker dh would, "A-ron," with a short, flat "a" sound. (It turned out his name was Adam. Phew!)
Ember and Amber I pronounced differently. "EM-" and "AM-."
I would say Arielle as "ahr-ee-ELL," but Ariel as "A-ree-ul." But I'm not confident of either one and could slip back and forth easily.
Shia -- was this one on your list? If so, I would pronounce it "SHY-uh." I know a man with this name, but he spells it Shaya.
[I'm from the West Coast of the U.S., if that makes a difference to you.]

Madeline - mad-e-line like the cartoon.
Emmeline - emma-line
Caroline - cara-line
Evangeline - a-van-gel-line
Do these sound the same when you pronounce them?
Erin and Aaron - yes
Ember and Amber - nope.
if you pronounce them differently, please try to explain how.
Arielle
Ariel
-
Yes, I pronounce them differently. Arielle is Ari-ELLE and Ariel is Ari..uhl. or something of that sort, but I definitely pronounce them differently.
Madeleine "MAD-uh-lin"
Madeline "MAD-uh-line"
Emmeline "EM-uh-leen"
Caroline "KAH-ruh-line"
Evangeline "e-VAN-jeh-leen"
Erin and Aaron - no, "EH-rin" and "AH-ron"
Ember and Amber - no, "EM-ber" and "AM-ber"
Arielle "ah-ree-EL"
Ariel "AIR-ee-ell"
Mad-e-line or lyn - I go either way and usually ask how the person prefers it.
Care o line but know some people it's "lyn", so I usually ask here as well. I prefer line though, probably because of the state
Emmeline and Evangeline would be lyn
Erin and Aaron are the same to me
Ember and Amber are different (Em as in Emily, Am as in I am)
Arielle and Ariel are the same

Madeleine and Madeline, I pronounce the same; to rhyme with "shine"
Emmeline and Caroline rhyme with shine, but Evangeline ends in "een" for me.
Erin and Aaron sound the same, but Ember and Amber are slightly different. Amber has a distinct "Ah" at the beginning. Ember sound differently because of the way you are stretching your lips - almost like a smile, as you would when you start to say "every".
Arielle, if consciously said the French way, is pronounced "ahr-ee-YELL" for me. Ariel is said like "aerial" as in "aerial photograph". Almost like it should be spelled "Erriul".
Shia, I would pronounce "shee-ah". I would only say "Shy-ah" if there was a Y there (Shya).

Madeleine and Madeline are pronounced the same for me; I say MAD-uh-lyne, to rhyme with fine/shine/mine.
Emmeline is EM-muh-leen.
Caroline is CA-row-lyne, rhymes with Madeleine and Madeline.
Evangeline is horrid. Haha, just kidding (although I really do hate it). I pronounce it ehv-ANN-jell-een.
Erin and Aaron are different to me. Erin sounds more like "air" when I say it, but the "aa" in Aaron sounds like the a in "cat."
Ember and Amber are very different to me. Ember's "em" rhymes with "stem." Amber's "am" prefix rhymes with "clam."
Arielle and Ariel are the same to me, but that's because I'm obsessed with Hebrew names (and I speak a bit of the language). Pronounced ah-ree-ELL. It bugs the @#$@$ out of me when people pronounce Ariel as "aerial," like they're taking a picture of him/her from a high elevation. How annoying!

Hmm. Now that you mention it, I do like the ah-ree-ELL pronunciation better than the AIR-ee-uhl one. It sounds more masculine. I suppose that's because AIR-ee-uhl always sounds like The Little Mermaid to me.
Madeleine: MAD-uh-linn
Madeline: MAD-uh-line (I prefer this one)
Emmeline: EMM-uh-line
Caroline: CARE-uh-line
Evangeline: uh-VAN-juh-linn
Erin/ Aaron: I guess I pronounce them the same, but whenever I say it and think of Erin, it seems really feminine, while Aaron seems really masculine. It's hard to explain.
Ember / Amber: Ember = EHM-burr / Amber = AYM-burr
Arielle / Ariel: Pronounced the same.
