Greg and Masami are expecting their second daughter. Greg loves mythology, especially Greek myths, and Masami agreed to name their children after various mythology characters—as long as each child got a Japanese middle name. They’d like it if the names went together, but it’s not necessary. (Their first daughter is Nyx Yuzuki – Nyx is the goddess of the night, and Yuzuki contains the element Zuki, meaning moon).

Stephen and Christine are expecting twins, and they both have very different tastes in names. Stephen prefers simpler, more popular names, while Christine prefers more unusual names. They each have a name list, and would like the children’s names picked from it. They’d like the names to show both of their tastes. They don’t want matchy names for their twins.
Christine’s boy’s list: Xavier, Zayn, Ashley, Asa, Gideon, Solomon, Dorian, Ezekiel, Raphael, Isidore
Christine’s girl’s list: Zakiah, Xanthe, Seraphina, Maud, Octavia, Edith, Lux, Ethel, Parisa, Liliana
Stephen’s boy’s list: Aidan, Noah, Ryan, James, Jacob, David, Evan, Luke, Ethan, Samuel
Stephen’s girl’s list: Emily, Emma, Ava, Madison, Abigail, Ella, Anna, Lily, Ashley, Sophie
