What about Celie or Lia? I could see those being "sometimes" nicknames. However, it's certainly possible that your daughter will hate Cecilia and chose to go by Lia, Celia, Cecily, or even her middle name.
I prefer Miriam Judith and Cecilia Rose to Judith Cecilia, which is a bit of overkill. I don't think Judith needs a nickname, and I hate Judy and Jude.
