Siblings:
Emily Dakota* - USA - 8
Jordan McKayla - USA - 4
*Emily is dyslexic
We've met last thursday. Both of them were very shy at first, but we took them to our home and showed them their rooms. Emily immediatly loved the 'princessbed' we got her. Jordan was a bit harder to please, but when I showed her the doll I bought her, and her first one ever, her heart melted.
We had a nice day just hanging out together, we went for a nice long walk. Em is the typical older sister, she kept on saying things like "Jordie watch out you might fall...".
Both loved the lunch (pancakes) and dinner (sweet patatoes, soup etc). The most beautiful moment was right after dinner, Em asked if she could say a prayer. She said that she was so thankfull for her new mom and dad and that she would be a good girl and Jordie would too. It was hard not to cry...
Em is dyslexic and we've found the perfect school for her, where she can learn and have fun. Friday morning we're taking her there so she can she if she likes it.
love, Carola
