HelpCongrats Round 4.
Because I have not been getting online as much these days it may take awhile to post the rounds.
There will be 10 rounds with the last 4 being multi-generation rounds.
All births and genders have been determined using a 12-sided die.
If you want to play, each round, you must write a letter to your parents telling them about their grandchildren and how they are going. This is because I love hearing how different players chose to tell their story.
I will only accept the first 25 players and as we don't currently have 25 players you may still sign up. 19/25 positions have been filled.

Dear Mum,
Its been two years since the triplets have been born... I still find it strange calling them triplets when they are officially quads, but I guess its easier just calling them the trippies. Well Matty has turned 8 and Maggie is now 6 and together they teamed up in begging us for a dog. It started about a year ago and each day they ask us both (at different times) if we could get a dog, this is not emphasis, it was every single day that they asked. And several months in they started getting more creative and wrote notes and drew pictures and sang the question instead of simply asking. Damien and I finally gave in once the trippies turned 2. Matty and Maggie got the choice at naming her, the beautiful husky-lab mix that we adopted. Since Matty had just been studying the starts and solar systems he wanted to name her Gemini, after much arguing Mags agreed once she found out that Gem was also a pretty rock. Haha, she's an adorable girl and her classmates and teachers all adore her. Keely has been in and out of our lives and is now in a pretty good marriage with two little kids. Last time she saw them she came home and asked me if she could never see them again cause she just wanted me and Damien as her parents and only Matty and the trippies as her siblings. Its been worrying me, I hope that she'll be able to adjust but if not I guess we would have to figure out something with Keely, but I believe it would mean she would see Maggie even less. Matty would be happy about that, haha, he says that she doesn't have any other family and that he is her big brother and will protect her against anyone and Maggie told him that she disliked her biological siblings, so now he also gets upset when she has to see her. And for the fianly news, I'm pregnant again. I know! It was a very big suprise!
I miss youand Lilia and I love you both so much. Hug her and kiss her for me mum.

Dear Mum and Pop,
Well, I was already having enough trouble trying to convince you visit before, but now, I know you will never come! No, Moon's family didn't move in.... we adopted a mouse! Rather, Theta adopted us. Fallon found her in the basement, and we fell in love with her. Although now she lives outside, she always manages to scuttle onto the porch right at dinner and breakfast time. Fallon loves playing with her.
In other news from the homefront, I am expecting! Yes, that will make 6 kids under 6. And no, this was most definitely NOT planned. I am barely managing now, and I have no idea how I will work with another. Now that Moon's paintings and photographs are selling like hotcakes, at least we don't have to worry about money. He is thinking of making a book tracing our children. That way he will be home to help and working at the same time.
It would still be much appreciated if you came to visit. We would keep Theta outside (and maybe Moon, too! Just kiddding!). Pippy barely remembers who you are, and Fallon, Winnie, Alaric and Yoana have never met you! They are growing up fast, Mum, and you are missing out.
The triplets are walking. Fallon is speaking understandable sentences. And Pippa can write her name, and all of her siblings, too!
Don't let their lives slip by. Maybe you can make up for it with this lil baby inside of me. The baby already suprised me, maybe you can, too.

We have great news, 3 new additions to our family!! And one on the way! We just found out last week that we are pregnant again, and we aren't sure of the sex just yet. Our new 3 additions are Phoenix, a cute orange kitten, Orion, a parakeet, and Zeta, whom we call ZZ, a great yellow lab. We love them just like we love our kids. Phoenix loves to sleep with Zoe, she just loves him too! ZZ usually sleeps with Kieran and Jack, and Orion of course is in his cage. We are so excited to be pregnant again! Jack just LOVES his new Thomas the Tank Engine gifts you sent him for his 2nd birthday! Thank you for coming up for his birthday party and to see the new house! We hope you liked it as much as we do. Can't wait to see you again.

Dad and Mom,
Things are so much quieter since you left. The kids are still wondering around looking for Granny and Poppy. They think the two of you are still hiding. This is going to be one very long game of hide and seek until you come for another visit.
To help get the kids back to the usually day to day routine and adjust to you two not being here, Talus and I got the children a pet. Nothing that requires frequent trips to the vet, long walks or grooming. We got a fish, not just any old fish but a "Nemo" fish. They wanted to name the fish Nemo but when we told them it was a "girl fishy" they were lost until Malachy took a book from the coffee table and opened it at random. He pointed to a word and asked what it was. And that, Dad and Mom, is how we ended up with Lyra the clown fish. At least Malachy didn't point to something like hamburger or toilet. Now as long as we can keep the kids from trying to share their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with Lyra, she might actually last longer then a week. I don't want to picture flushing all that money down the toilet if she dies from PBJ poisoning.
Talus and I are looking to buy a larger house. I know we told you we were thinking of it but this house is about to burst at the seems, especially when we keep growing and adding to the family. Don't worry, we're not getting any more pets. We're just having a baby. This was completley unexpected and not planned, but Talus and I are thrilled and excited none the less though we are scared, especially after the problems we've had in the past with the other babies.

Dad and Mom,
Things are so much quieter since you left. The kids are still wondering around looking for Granny and Poppy. They think the two of you are still hiding. This is going to be one very long game of hide and seek until you come for another visit.
To help get the kids back to the usually day to day routine and adjust to you two not being here, Talus and I got the children a pet. Nothing that requires frequent trips to the vet, long walks or grooming. We got a fish, not just any old fish but a "Nemo" fish. They wanted to name the fish Nemo but when we told them it was a "girl fishy" they were lost until Malachy took a book from the coffee table and opened it at random. He pointed to a word and asked what it was. And that, Dad and Mom, is how we ended up with Lyra the clown fish. At least Malachy didn't point to something like hamburger or toilet. Now as long as we can keep the kids from trying to share their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with Lyra, she might actually last longer then a week. I don't want to picture flushing all that money down the toilet if she dies from PBJ poisoning.
Talus and I are looking to buy a larger house. I know we told you we were thinking of it but this house is about to burst at the seems, especially when we keep growing and adding to the family. Don't worry, we're not getting any more pets. We're just having a baby. This was completley unexpected and not planned, but Talus and I are thrilled and excited none the less though we are scared, especially after the problems we've had in the past with the other babies.

Conall and I weren't going to let her keep him, but she pouted (she's been doing alot of that lately) and Conall gave in. Michala has named him Chertan, which is one of the stars in the constellation Leo. Also we have just found out we are expecting again. Conall really wants a boy (too many female horomones, he says), but I just want the baby to be healthy.

Dear Mom and Dad,
After much negotiation, we have a new pet in the house. I was picketing for a puppy, but Merlin wanted a boa constrictor. I like snakes, but don't care to own one that's bigger than me, so we settled on a pretty little corn snake instead. His name is Aries. He won't get as big as a boa, only about 5 feet according to the breeder, and he's very tame. We keep his tank in Merlin's office, which is usually locked and off-limits to the kids, so they can't play with him unsupervised. He's not a "cuddly" pet, which bothered the younger kids at first. (Indy took to him right away. She's just like her dad!) We think having a snake will be a good experience for the kids, though.

Dear Mum,
Thanks so much for your box full of Christmas gifts you should have seen how excited the children were but now I'm glad we made them wait till Christmas day to open them. Myles and Kieran love their remote control race cars - they race them all over the house and chase the triplets and the kitten with then too. Oh yes, did I tell you we got a cat? Just around Thanksgiving a tiny kitten wandered to our door looking quite like a bag of fur and bones. Kieran found it in the bushes by the back door and had brought the creature into the house and before I knew it he and Quir were nursing the poor creature back to health! She survived and we decided to get her shots and a collar and decided to keep her. Quir named her Lynx because she does look rather like the Canadian Lynx you have up there - her coat is brown with slight spots, her eyes are goldish, her tail is short, her paws rather large and her ears tipped with black but the vet said she probably got her tail off in an accident and probably won't get any large than a normal house cat. She's the cutest thing and like my babies growing ever bigger, she's very good with all of the children and loves to play.
The children all look nice in the outfits you sent them, we had a family portrait taken - all eight of us now because I found out just before Christmas that I'm pregnant again and truly hoping for another little girl, a sister for Rachel. But I know we'll be happy with a boy too that's what my boys would wish for.

I've mistaken it for a dog, he was furious! ;-)) Speaking of cows and dogs and all other sorts of animals... may I introduce our newest family-member? (See picture at the end of the letter!) This is Hercules, Tessy's Tomcat. I've no clue where he came from, but one morning he suddenly was sitting in front of our kitchenwindow. Tessy imediately fell in love with him and as he seemed to have no home, Evan and I allowed her to keep him. Tessy's still as shy as she was when she came here, she hasn't got many friends. She's so ...serious for her age! We hope that the cat will help her brighten up a little.
Btw, you remember that Evan and I were looking for a bigger house recently? We found what we were looking for! It's an old cottage on the outskirts, with a big garden and enough space for the seven of us - and Hercules. Seven? No, you didn't count wrong... there'll be another addition to the family soon! I'm pregnant again, though the doctor told me after Sidda's birth that I might be infertil after that torture. Well, apparently I'm not! We're all excited though I'm a little frightend... what if the birth will be as complicated as Sidda's was? I'm not sure if I could deal with that for a second time. But lets hope for the best and be optimistic, I'm sure the birth'll be as smooth as the twins' has been!

And speaking of adding to the family, I said "at least not yet" earlier in the letter", but what I actually meant is at least not before another seven months are up. Yes, we're expecting another baby! Jase and I are so thrilled, and like always, these nine months can't go by fast enough. To be honest, I'm a little nervous after what happened with our darling little angel, but deep down I know things will go well and that in just a little while, I'll be holding another beautiful infant in my arms.
John and Maggie are very excited and can't wait to meet their little brother or sister. Annie isn't quite sure what to make of everything; she doesn't understand the whole thing very well. So, we'll see how she adjusts when the time comes, but in the meantime, we'll be getting the nursery ready.
