HelpCongrats Round 3.
Because I have not been getting online as much these days it may take awhile to post the rounds.
There will be 10 rounds with the last 4 being multi-generation rounds.
All births and genders have been determined using a 12-sided die.
If you want to play, each round, you must write a letter to your parents telling them about their grandchildren and how they are going. This is because I love hearing how different players chose to tell their story.
I will only accept the first 25 players and as we don't currently have 25 players you may still sign up. 19/25 positions have been filled.

To Mama and Father,
It's Maya again! I thought I'd send you a letter to give you the good news - Edmund and Ophelia were born last week!
It was a complicated birth, as Edmund came out easily but Ophelia had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck. Dr. Bronokov did a C-Section in the end, as Ophelia couldn't come out safely through the vagina.
On a lighter note, this time we had a super baby namer - Myles! Myles chose Edmund and Ophelia's middle names. He studied up on meanings and everything before settling on Alan and Clare because they mean "handsome" and "strong." Teresa just wanted a girls name that ended in "-a."
Well, I must be off! Shannon and Nigel are coming over for dinner, so we can meet their daughter Sofia.

Dear Mom and Dad,
We're glad you were able to come out and see John and Maggie. They couldn't stop talking about you afterward. I wish the timing of my labor would have been better and you would have been able be here to meet the newest addition to our family, but also to help us through one of the most difficult times in our lives.
As you know, I had written you that we were expecting another baby, and later we found out it was actually twins. We couldn't have been more surprised, and at the same time, more happy. Jase and I had our hearts set on having these two babies at home, like we'd had John, and so we decided to do so.
Things started to get rather difficult, and when we knew without a doubt there was a problem, we rushed to the hospital. It was late when we got there, and our second baby girl was lost at birth. We named her Angeline Celestia, "heavenly angel". Our little angel is now in heaven, and we miss her terribly, but we know she's in good hands and is in a better place.
We decided to let John help out in naming his baby sister, because, quite frankly, I was a wreck and couldn't think of too much other than what had happened. John insisted that he wanted to name his baby sister, Annie, which happens to be his preschool teacher's name. Jase decided to go with Quianna because it's derived from Diana, which means heavenly, to go along with her angel sister's name.
Annie, as John and Maggie call her, was born weighing 5 pounds, 4 ounces; 18 inches long. She's our little miracle baby, and a joy to our lives in the midst of all the pain and struggle. Now, we go back and forth between calling her Annie and Anna. The kids are more stuck on Annie, while for Jase and I, it tends to be Anna. Hopefully, one will take over the over soon enough :-)
We love and miss you both very much! Hope you can make another trip out here sometime soon to meet your newest grandchild. Take care, and we'll talk to you soon.

Dad and Mom,
Everything here is better then it has been. The kids are doing well. Zoe, Bridie and Andrew are a handful but the light of my life along with Malachy who is adjusting and acting as though he were born into the family. Everyone gets along but of course they all have their moments of not wanting to share their toys or mommy and daddy with one another. Thank god for the play group Talus and I have them enrolled in three days a week. And the other days Talus' Mother is being a big help by watching the kids and keeping them at her new house for some of the weekends now that the new baby is here and finally home.
Little Alister Dino is your newest grandson's name and the children had a say in picking a middle name. Yes, we know Dino is an odd middle name but the kids were recently introduced to the Flintstones and are obsessed with a certain dinosaur dog. Instead we just tell people we wanted to give him an Italian middle name and they seem to except it unless one of the four pipe up.
Alister's birth was not an easy one for me. This was more complicated and worrysome compared to the triplets'. I ended up on complete bedrest for the last two months and that was a strain for both Talus and myself, especially with four small children. I couldn't have done it without Talus' mother who practically lived with us during that time because of the split from her husband. It was a good distraction for her.
Alister had to enter the world in his own way. He was a breech delivery after 12 hours of labour. And to our worry he was three weeks early and there were complications. At one point the doctors though we might lose him, but he is a strong little fighter. There was a slight worry I might have problems because I ended up losing more blood then usual but everything turned out alright in the end thankfully.

Dear Mum,
This will be the saddest letter since I think the first I wrote to you, right after you died. After several years of trying for our own baby again, we finally got pregnant. We discovered I was pregnant with quadruplets, two sets of identical twins! Damien and I were estatic and of course both Matty and Maggie were too. Maggie had been wanting a baby sister or brother for a long time because she wanted to be a big sister! Big news from Keely (her birthmother) though, she is going to be married soon and is pregnant again. Damien and I were worried that she would possibly try to get Maggie back from us and neither of us would be able to handle losing our daughter, thankfully Keely cleared these worries when she told us that she would love if she could see her more but not take her. 24 weeks into my pregnancy I started to have some complications and at 29 weeks doctors decided that they couldn't risk any more chance at losing me or the babies but continuing the pregnancy. All four beautiful babies were born, two boys and two girls. Asher Brayden, Mackenzie Colton, Kiera Winona, and Lilia Grace. Matty and Maggie enjoyed helping us narrow the names, they didn't like many M names and all we got out of them was Mackenzie, Damien and I had planned on all our children with M names, but we love the other names as well. All four were small and all were in critical condition except Asher. After two days of surgeries and prayers we lost Lilia. Our little angel baby was sent to you and I know that up in heaven you are carrying her and loving her like I know you would have here on earth if you and her had made it. After two weeks we brought home Asher and then 6 weeks after that we finally we able to bring home the other two. They're settled in but Kiera still seems at loss, she seemes to be searching still for the sister that she was supposed to have next to her.
I miss you and I miss Lilia and I love you both. Please take care of her. Please hold her and help her fore I can't.

This will be the saddest letter since I think the first I wrote to you, right after you died. After several years of trying for our own baby again, we finally got pregnant. We discovered I was pregnant with quadruplets, two sets of identical twins! Damien and I were estatic and of course both Matty and Maggie were too. Maggie had been wanting a baby sister or brother for a long time because she wanted to be a big sister! Big news from Keely (her birthmother) though, she is going to be married soon and is pregnant again. Damien and I were worried that she would possibly try to get Maggie back from us and neither of us would be able to handle losing our daughter, thankfully Keely cleared these worries when she told us that she would love if she could see her more but not take her. 24 weeks into my pregnancy I started to have some complications and at 29 weeks doctors decided that they couldn't risk any more chance at losing me or the babies but continuing the pregnancy. I'm sorry that you couldn't make it to the birth because my sister happened to go into labor three hours before me. The doctor had told us we were having triplets, but as it turns out, there was a fourth one in there. We named them Layla, Zara, Xanthe and Dahlia. Layla was born at 2 lb 7 oz and had some minor heart problems. Dahlia was born at 2 lb 4 oz. Xanthe was the heaviest at 4 lb 0 oz. Neither Dahlia or Xanthe had any serious problems. Zara was the lightest, at 1 lb 9 oz. She has heart, stomach, and lung problems. We had already picked out their first names, but could think of the perfect middle names, so we gave Claudia, Natalie and Andrew name books to choose. They were choosing names like Madison and telling us to spell it Maiddysun and Michaela and spell it Mahkaiyylah, so we obviously said no. Then Nat pointed out that she likes Alessandra and Lillian (Actually Alizzandrah and Lyllyin, but we ignored that) and we discussed it and we decided we like them too. Then Andrew came to us with Patricia and Leah and we liked Patricia. Caludia came to us with Xenia and Xanthe (we hadn't chosen the fourth name yet, as we didnt know there was a fourth. We liked both and decided to make combos once they were born.

We got more than we bargained for, that is for sure. I know I wrote you last to tell you I was expecting, and at that point I thought it was just one baby. Well, two months later, when I was 4 months along, we found out that it was not one, not two, but THREE children that were coming. Yes, three babies. I was very excited, and so amazed at what Moon and I created together (yes, Mum, he is extraordinary.)
It has been three and a half months since we found out, and... the babies have arrived. My labor was beyond difficult and painful. The heartrates were dropping quickly when I had my C-section.
Winona Zita Ellis was born first, weighing 4 lbs. 2 oz. We let Pippa pick her name, and she chose the nickname Winnie after Winnie the Pooh. She is doing quite well and is coming home with us in the next week.
Next came a brother for Fallon, Alaric Uland Ellis. Alaric was exactly 4 lbs. He is coming home within the next 10 days or so.
Finally came little baby Yoana Francine. Pippa wanted to name the baby Joana, but she couldn't say the J. She would always say, "when is Yoana coming?" It was just adorable. We are calling her Yo. She will be in the hospital for at least another month, because she was only 3 lbs.
I think we have enough children to keep us busy for sometime. You really should stop by to see the kids... you haven't even made Fallon yet!

It was so great to see you guys last week and I am so grateful for all the help you gave me. Mick hasn't stopped talking about you guys since you left. I understand that you had to go home because of the problems with Billy and I understand how much you wanted to be here for the birth but the moment you guys left I went into labour. I had such a horrible labour that ended in a c-section because the baby's heart rate dropped to dangerous levels. The nurse discovered the reason was Meconium in my fluids. I didn't get to hold our baby girl straight away because they needed to make sure she was ok. We named her Corrine Kaitlyn or should I say Mick named her. We decided to let him name the baby and he chose Corrine after his teacher Mrs Corrine. We are all doing well now and are looking forward to the challenges of raising 5 kids under 5. I hope Billy is doing better. Send our love to him. We are going to try and get up there next week because Mick is driving us nuts wanting to go visit you. See you next week. We love you.
