Gio and Kyra are pregnant with their first child, a baby girl. Gio is much into his Italian heritage and wants to use an Italian first name for their baby girl, which Kyra is fine with. She wants the baby's name to be somewhat trendy, not old-fashioned, yet not too popular - it must not be in the top 100 of 2005. The baby's middle name is going to be Italian as well, and there are no restrictions on it.

Billy has a daughter from a previous marriage, her name is Kelsi Grayce. He is much into the kreatyve spellings, but not TOO kreatyve. Stephanie has a daughter from a previous marriage as well, and her name is Kayley Anne. Billy and Stephanie want the baby girl's name to also begin with a K and be kreatyvely spelled. Kelsi wants a say in the baby's middle name, and she loves the name Elizabeth. It can be a variant of Elizabeth or the name itself.
