Matt and Lyndzie are adopting triplets from Kenya. They are orphans of the cival wars going on in and around their village. These 7month old babies need naming though and Matt wants the first names to be American or Amish while keeping their middle names from their Kenyian backgrounds. Lyndzie wants the first names to begin with the letter A or B and wants the middle names to be hyphenated.

Viktor and Natalia are in the process of adopting triplet boys from Russia and find out that Natalia is yet again pregnant with a girl. Natalia wants the girls name to start with a N and the middle name mean fair or light. The boys are to have strong Russian first names also once again to begin with G and the middle to begin with an R this time so that the twins can feel special and the middle names must reflect their heritage and mean loved.
