Please don't shout
Typing in all caps is just like shouting, and is very rude. It's really not necessary for getting people's attention, especially in the body of the message. (We've already clicked on it, so of course we're going to read it.) A simple "ATTN" or "IMPORTANT! Please read this!" will do just fine.
