Ok so we can switch the names around. I get that part. But then you follow it with;
"but you may not use names from other combos."
So we change one of the names? If not, how does that ^ come into play?

I meant that you choose a combo and if you'd like you can change the names in the combo you chose around (so the FN is the MN and the MN is the FN). But you can't interchange either the FN or the MN with names from other combos.
Example:
This round you have a DD and say you chose the combo Arianna Giselle for your DD, if you wanted to you could change the names around and name her Giselle Arianna. It would be the same if you chose the combo Sarah Riley, you could make it Riley Sarah if you wanted. But you could not interchange names from other combos and name you DD Arianna Riley or Sarah Giselle!

I think she means you can switch the names of the combo around :)
