Ok I was not sure what to name the game but here it is
A couple has been married once before and both brought children into the family. The wife had 10 and the husband had 6 and then they had some together but you decide how many and the genders of the ones they have together
The wife came in with 10 as follows

the husband came into this union with six of his own from his last marriage when he lost his dear wife.
