Bo and Angela now have two children, a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl. They devote themselves to the ranch, having taken over the mantle from Jack.
Sally and Jude were married three years ago in a ceremony held at the ranch. The couple has since moved to San Francisco, where Jude works as a lawyer advocating for labour and tenant rights, and Sally has become active in women's suffrage and education reform. Though they don’t have children yet, Sally and Jude visit the ranch regularly, bringing news of the bustling city and their ongoing work.
Zeke and Alma recently married after several years of courtship. Alma has brought her experience of winemaking to the ranch, collaborating with Zeke and Bo to improve its agricultural practices.
Mimi's paintings are now displayed in galleries as far away as San Francisco. She often paints Californian landscapes. Though Mimi remains unmarried, she enjoys her independence and frequently travels, always returning to the ranch with new stories and creations.
Maggie has begun training as an apprentice veterinarian - a rare path for a woman in this era. Her dedication and skill have earned her the respect of the community.
Now a teenager, Ike has become the family's entertainer, regaling everyone with tales, poems, and songs. He is also beginning to explore his academic interests, particularly history and literature, with dreams of becoming a writer or teacher.
