If the mother is 25-30 years old: 1-5 is 0 kids. 6-8 is 1 kid. 9-10 is 2 kids.

If the mother is 31+ years old. 1-3 is 0 kids. 4-7 is 1 kid. 8-9 is 2 kids and 10 is 3 kids
