I was looking at the various games recently, and I thought I might do some of the rarer ones, so here we go!
Take the middle two or three letters of your middle name. If you don’t have one, use your first.
Do the same for one of your parents.
Use the final syllable of a character in a book you like.
Mine: Irleltin or Irlametin (shIRLey+phELps or jAMEs+konstanTIN)
