Yes, and that's too bad. However, it doesn't make it good manners to say that we need a judged CAF right now (and by shouting "JUDGED CAF" in all caps, you come off as rather rude).

I never said we needed one, I just said I thought it would be NICE. And fine, I'm sorry about "shouting". I'm caps happy, I guess? I don't know...but could we please just stop this?
