Hello Mr. and Mrs. Willis. I believe that we have just the child that you are looking for. A six month old boy named Theodore Rowan Bentley. He was given up for adoption when he was just born, and has been in the foster care ever since. He is a very sunny and happy baby, who doesn't cry often. He also doesn't eat much, which can be a worry at times. Theodore is a healthy baby and was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. He does not have any allergies so far.
