Okay, this is the last round, and I hope everyone had fun. I really apreciate all you faithfuls who responded everyday. Now for this round, I would like everyone who can to respond :o) You don't have to right the story if you're feeling lazy (though it is appreciated), just fill in the family chart thing on the bottom.
Round 11 - Epilogue
20 years later...
Your eldest daughter is 41. She ended up marrying the little boy who she had been such good friends with as a child. They have twin daughters who are eight. What does she do as a living? Where does she live? How often does she visit?
Your twins are 38. One of them is married with four children, three boys and a girl. The other twin hasn’t married yet, as he is more focused on his career. What do each of them do? Where do they live?
Your younger son is 35, and is working in business. He has only one child, as his wife died two years ago in a car accident. His daughter is six years old and very shy.
Your 32-year-old daughter is one of the most successful in the family. What has she been doing? She is married, but has no children. Where does she live? What is she like?
Your 30-year-old daughter is married with a little boy who is named after his father. She is also pregnant with a little girl, and has asked you for help naming the baby. She wants something traditional and unusual.
Your adopted child recently got married. What are they like? How did they do adjusting to your family?
And what about you? You’re a grandmother of eight-soon-to-be-nine. Have you retired or are you just going back to work? Or did you never stop? What about your husband? How is he feeling?

Elisabeth is now forty-one and ended up marrying her childhood friend, Nick. They are now the proud parents of beautiful eight-year-old twin girls Ariella Brittan and Ava Kathryn. Elisabeth and Nick decided to make their home in the same city they both grew up in, so they are very close to home. This is wonderful because they visit all the time, so we get to see our granddaughters quite often. Ariella and Ava are both absolute sweethearts; they love to read and do gymnastics and are both very good students. Meanwhile, Elisabeth followed through with her plans to become a high school English teacher and loves her job.

Grant and Cade are now thirty-eight years old and are still different from each other, but as close as ever. Grant, always the quieter of the twins, decided to settle down and start a family. He married a wonderful woman named Michelle, and they are now the proud parents of seven-year-old Dylan Jacob, five-year-old Roman Joseph, four-year-old Deacon James, and two-year-old Carrie Marie. The boys are very active and all love to play baseball. Surprisingly, despite all of the boys, Carrie is quite the girly-girl princess who loves to play with dolls and dress up. Grant is working as a police officer, but is also quite the family man, known to always be spending time with his kids. Cade, on the other hand, decided to focus more on his career and is now a very successful lawyer. Both, however, did decided to remain close to home.

Larson is a mechanic, while Francis works as a semi-successful homoerotica writer (under the alias 'Julio Thrust').

My story:
I am so pleased with the way everything turned out. My sweet little Rosie ended up marrying William as I has thought she might and I am happy to see that they are still married and happy together! Rosie did end up as a vet and loves her job of caring for animals. She lives in Montana, USA (but then we do now too, after Christopher's parents died and he retired we moved back to the US, to Oregon) and while Rosie and her family don't come too often they make it at least four times a year.
Theodore got married to a librarian he met and while they aren't the wealthest people around they are estatically happy. They live in Eugene OR (We live just out of Eugene) and we see them often. Theodore is now working for a museum.
UnfortunatelY Lawrence didn't get married, he came so close but then found the woman he was engaged to in a... well compromising situation. He broke it off immediately and focused entirely upon his work. Probably due to that more then anything else he owns a very promonent law firm in New York.
Gabriel got married to a beautiful young self-destruct woman. He only found out after they got married (and she got pregnant) that she knew enough about his family to know that when his parents died he would probably be very rich. She ended up drinking and driving and driving right into a solid brick wall. Gabriel didn't even act as though he grieved for her but I knew inside he was deeply upset that he had had thought she was the right one for him. He is deeply in love with his little Em (Emily-daughter) though. In college Gabriel went for a business major and ended up taking over his father's CEO-ship of Erickson's Electronic in France. And while Gabriel and Emily are not too near ever vaction they spend with us.
